looking for classical guitarist...**Paco de Lucia**

I am looking for a classical guitairst. He studied with Sergovea(sp?) but later bashed him by saying that he relied too much on form and didnt emphasize enough on the playing itself. I know he plays a red guitar....

no, its not Christopher Parkening. I know that the guy i am looking for used to do an album with a singer that died, i think, around 40. The guy who died did not song in English either.....

kuk, you know alot about him? I might be gettign him confused with John Williams when i say he studied with Sergovia.

Google is your friend.

The guy is a Guitar Virtuoso. If you ever get the chance check out "Mediterranean Sundance" with him, Al Di Meola and John McLaughlin jamming on acoustic guitars

I really haven't read much about him ... I just listen to alot of his music. 😉

Listen what to Red said ... Mediterranean Sundance is a piece of art. In fact, the whole Friday Night in San Francisco album is great.
Two years ago I got a chance to sit front-row on presentation by Al Di Meola. People were rooting for Medit. Sundance, and went crazy when he let out a few chords. But it was clear that he's grown tired of this song; he wanted to play other things and show off other material. Nevertheless, it was a great experience.
