Looking for circular cd binder for Vinyl CD Sleeves

I store them in top-opening storage boxes, originally used to store 5 ¼ inch floppy discs. I can flip through all the sleeves quickly to find the one(s) I need.
That's my personal most-preferred solution for "dense" disc storage as well. I have a different opinion than the author of that review though, after using CaseLogic's (relatively expensive) ProSleeves for a number of years, I've switched to UniKeep's CD Safety Sleeves. Not only do I think that they are actually better-quality, but they're a darn sight cheaper too. You can get a box of 100 (200 CD capacity) for $10-20, and then store them in some flip-up 5.25" floppy storage box, and flip through them like a Rolodex (tm).
