Sorry, I know this comes up a thousand times...

I'm looking for a decent cheap cooler for AMD XP 2100+ or so. A new egg option and 80mm fan support would be ideal. Between my wife and friends, I've been 'volunteered' to build a bunch of budget boxes. Some rock bottom cheap, some mid-range value. Anyway I'll be getting a bunch and can save $$$ if I don't get retail cpu's

I have a large stockpile of sunon 80mm fans so heat sinks w/o fans would be nice. Since I tend to hammer NewEgg it would also be nice if they carried it, but neither of these criteria is required.

These will NOT be for OCing.

Thanks, I now regret not reading all those previous posts, as I couldn't find any now...

BIG TIA!

SVC has an exellently priced selection to fit all budgets and the shipping is reasonable SVC coolers I've ordered from them many times and they've exceeded even the Egg's in rapidly packing and shipping exactly what I ordered to me here in FL., although I've read others have had less favorable experiences with them I'm a happy as a puppy with 2 peters about the service I get from them :p

Thanks for the suggestions!

I've had good experiences with SVC and $9 and change shipped is fine. It recomends using the included 32cfm fan up to xp1800+

If I swapped in my 39CFM fans would that be ok for 2100+??? I guess I could just monitor the temps and play it by ear - which is key 'cause I don't want no 40db fans.

thanks again

Since you plan on running stock speeds&voltages your fans should be fine.
