I recently purchased, but have not yet opened, a Compaq CQ62-225. See the thread in the Hot Deals forum for specs. http://forums.anandtech.com/showthread.php?t=2097364

I am wondering if anyone can find me a comparable laptop within my return window (14 days, I think), that has a better/more-normal keyboard and touchpad.

Bonus points if it has HDMI output, integrated Webcam, or SD memory card slot.

Negative points if it lacks N wireless.

Basically, I want something that is a dual-core, of decent speed, AMD-platform based (both for the advanced onboard graphics, Flash 10.1 HW acceleration is a must, and for the fact that most AMD CPUs support Virtualization, which is required by Win7 Pro's XP Mode).

Must have at least 2GB of RAM, and 160GB of HD, although I will probably upgrade the RAM and HD myself eventually. Bonus for DDR3 ram over DDR2.

Price range: $400 or less, preferably. Maybe $500.

Edit: WalMart has the equivalent of the computer at Staples, except for a 250GB HD, and includes a modem, for $400.

I think I may have found my answer. Toshiba at OD for $400. Normal keyboard, numeric keypad, and touchpad. Same specs as Staples, plus the card reader.
