Looking for certain program..

I was wondering if anyone knew of a program that you can use to view all the processes in your computer, and the ability from the program to give you information on the processed such as where its located, whats it being run off of, is it a system process or a 3rd party one..and the ability to kill it...just basically a spruced up version of the windows task manager but something all windows users can download, well mainly xp.
