Anything Lian Li. Particularly the PC-V1000-2000 models, if you'll shell out the cash for them.

The thermaltake soprano type cases have I/O ports on the top with a little latching door. The Lian Li's have them at the front bottom, but the cases are pristine quality, and have amazing airflow.

This case Froogles for $125. If that's too rich for your blood pass on it.

AKASA Eclipse-62 http://www.3dprofessor.com/review.asp?id=80 Google other reviews.

I've modded two Lian Li PC-60s for larger fans and making the top panel removable, this
case has all that and more. For me, I wish it was silver and didn't have a plastic front panel.

Note that this case is a little wider than the normal ATX case and notice the large round holes in the
removable MB tray, just crying out for a low flow fan for cooling the mainboard's backside.
Nice to have if your into OCing.

Akasa is known for quiet. Someone posted this case yesterday, I read several reviews and fell
in love...Sweet :D

Soprano and Tsunami are pretty roomy, and I/O ports are on the top. I will also second the Lian-Li v1000 and 2000 series. They just cost a lot.
