If you want a superior exhaust fan or for WCing (radiator), the Sanyo Denki 120x38 that petrastechshop.com sells for around $12. is it. It will need a fan controller - puts out a good breeze and is near silent below 7V and goes to more than anyone can reasonably need at 12V. You want a fan with a smaller hub to cool a stack of HDDs or for CPU. The Yate Loon low or med speed fans are great for vertical applications as is the Arctic Cooling 120.. IAC, there are bocoup threads on fans - check em' out. No sense starting another.
