Looking for budget A64 Motherboard

My friend is looking to put together a new budget system. Basically we want this thing to be speedy but don't want to pay the cost. What we have decided on for sure is a a64 2800 and 1024 mb ram. Our main concern is the motherboard. What we are looking for is something that has gb lan and audio + any other frills like a firewire port. I was looking at the Asus K8V-X and it seems pretty good considering it's very cheap. Anyone have experience with this motherboard or any suggestions for something else?

Asrock sis board and soltak nforce3 board are also pretty cheap. The soltek board overclocks pretty stable, according to one review.
