Looking for best freeware for managing hard drive files

I'm bumping up against the 140GB limit on my current drive and I'm sure there's a bunch of trash I can get rid of. Looking for a utility that finds the largest files on my machine - tells me what they are for and the last time I used them so I can make an assessment of whether to keep or pitch, etc...

OS is Win 7 if that matters...

Thanks in advance for your recommendation. Also willing to pay a small amount but freeware much preferred.

just use the Windows search feature and filter "size:gigantic" and then sort by descending. should find all files in access of 128MB

I used to use WinDirStat, but have been using Treesize more as of late.
