Looking for backup software recomendations

I've been running Norton 360 for around 2 years now as my antivirus and local realtime backup software. Recently I've started to run into issues with the software and I think I'm ready to move onto something else for my backup needs.

A friend sent me a link to Backblaze. It looks like it's almost exactly what I'm looking for:
-$5 a month
-Real time backups
-Unlimited Storage
-Covers multiple computers
-I have two windows computers that I would run this on without a doubt
-I have 3 other machines that I would consider running this on a mix of windows and gentoo linux

Here is what it's missing:
-Local Realtime Backup
-I have a disk dedicated to local backup, that I would like to match the online backup

Ideally I'd like something that would manage these two backup destinations at the same time to minimize system impact.

I've been searching the anandtech forums and I stumbled across a post for a piece of software called CrashPlan that advertizes this functionality, but it looks like I would need to pay $55 over the monthly fee.

Anyone have any other recomendations, or something they've had good experience with?
Thanks in advance,
TJ
