im currently using VSO convert X to dvd but i need something with 2 pass encode
i heard it was better?
any recommendations?
looking for something cheap
 
i already have that.. i need converter though
im not making DVD for myself
its for random people who aks me to convert their tapes into DVD
so after i ahve the file on my computer i need a converter
