Looking for audio drivers for an Emachines T3958 system

Hi all,

I have a buddy who has an Emachines T3958 system and he's installed XP Pro
and everything is great except that it didn't load the drivers for the sound
automatically.

As far as I can find out it's got AC '97 audio onboard but I haven't had any
luck finding emachines drivers as of yet.

Aren't there several different versions of AC '97 or is it a "generic" driver that
can be downloaded?

intel 845 type of oem mobo specific to emachine...try running everest to possible narrow your search..emachine support sucks..
