Looking for articles on Outlook COM and vb.net...

I have seen a few articles myself (including many MSDN) but I was wondering if any of you out there know of any good HOW TO's or similar articles that deal with exporting things such as Tasks, Appointments, etc from Outlook using VB.net (and of course COM events).

PLEASE!!! (we bit off more than we can chew on this project me thinks. Man, I need to graduate)
