Looking for an old time DOS directory utility

In the good old days I used to love this nifty little DOS utility called something like "Pocket D" that had hundreds of command line switches and it could do almost anything you couldimagine to files and directories...

I have searched and searched but Google does not turn up anything ... nor do the most common DOS sites have it... anyone rember this> maybe I just have the name wrong, which is why Google does not turn up anything...?

I had over 4 years in DOS (still know quite a few commands), but I've never heard of this one. That doesn't mean it doesn't exist though.
