Looking for an OLD pc racing game

I recall playing this game in the early 90's but for the life of me I can't recall the name. The premise was very similar to Street Rod I & II but slighty different. You could mod your car but it would give you HP/TQ feedback after the mods were done.
There was drag racing for pinks and road racing, etc.

Anyone know what it could be?
