Looking for an old freeware program

Is anyone aware of what this program is? It's a simple little program that basically adds an extra "virtual" hard drive to your computer that you can easily copy things into, and it requires a password to access or remove the files. I need one for..uh...stuff, at work.

Basically every new file on my computer gets automatically backed up on the network server at the end of the day, and I'd like to create a virtual hard drive or secure folder that nobody else can access.

Any ideas on what free programs will accomplish this?

Could use winrar to make a password protected archive.
If you set winrar to "store" for the compression option it will just put them in one file, really fast uncompressed.
The password protect option also can hide the file names inside the file.

Thanks for the suggestion. I was aware of that...but Winrar is a bit more of a hassle than just dragging and dropping to/from the HD. You have to extract and compress every time.. bleh, maybe I'm just lazy..
