I have used 'usrstat.exe' before to determine the last time users logged into the domain.

However, is there a similar application for machines? We have recently changed our machine naming scheme and I would like to remove those machines from Server Manager that have not connected with the domain in say, 6 months. Is there an app (or perhaps log file) that can tell me this information?

With Windows NT 4.0 or 2000 Server and up you can log logon and logoff events. If you are looking for a tool that will highlight these things for you I don't know of one. You can track them though....
