Looking for an LCD monitor

Hey, I'm looking for an lcd monitor that I can hook my xbox 360 up to. However, there are a few requirements. I only have a laptop, so integrated speakers are necessary. Also, price is a major concern. I'm hoping to cap my spending to roughly $250 shipped, so I guess I'm limited to the rather small screens. Just to narrow things down even further, I'd like to get a monitor that does well for gaming so low response time and all that jazz would be appreciated. Oh, I suppose it would also be worth mentioning I went out and bought the official xbox vga cable so I got the xbox to vga cable, the red/white wire to the typical audio port converter and male to male vga converter. I know it's pretty specific requirements, but anybody got anything for me?
