looking for an infrared remote extender

My TV is really sensitive and requires a dead-on aim with the remote. With the way that I lay in my bed, I have to extend the remote two feet over my head and try and aim at the TV to change a channel or turn it off. Is there an inconspicuous device I can mount on the TV to extend the remote coverage ?

none of that stuff is discreet. I don't want any big and bulky boxes. Just looking for a simple single wire design to bounce the signal. Thanks thus far 🙂
