I'm looking for an article or set of charts, benchmarks, whatever, that illustrate the performance per watt ratio of different speeds of RAM.

Specifically, this is for a HTPC which I would like to be as efficient as possible.

Why would you need charts? With electronics, lower voltage always equals lower energy consumption. It's that way with all electronics, since power (watts) equals volts x amperes, and with electronics, which use DC power, the amperes don't change (lower) when the voltage rises.

I'm sorry...I've studied physics and electronics and I have no idea what you're talking about.

I'm talking about real world performance gains based on choosing one speed of RAM vs. another speed running stock timings and voltages. Real world performance benchmarks compared against real world power consumption benchmarks.
