Why would you need charts? With electronics, lower voltage always equals lower energy consumption. It's that way with all electronics, since power (watts) equals volts x amperes, and with electronics, which use DC power, the amperes don't change (lower) when the voltage rises.

I'm talking about real world performance gains based on choosing one speed of RAM vs. another speed running stock timings and voltages. Real world performance benchmarks compared against real world power consumption benchmarks.
