Looking for an HDTV (ClearQAM) receiver/tuner

I have basic cable from Comcast with a few cable-only channels broadcast in digital format. One particular room has no cable plug with an analog TV. We ran a long coaxial cable (~100 ft) from another location to the TV. The picture is terrible with snow, ghosting, and generally unwatchable for many of the channels.

I have a Polaroid DVR recorder with ClearQAM capability, but it has severe issues with artifacts and dropped signals. (I got suckered into one of those Woot deal). Digital channels that do work are clear and loud.

Now, I am looking for a dedicated ClearQAM receiver that I can connect to my analog TV. There're quite a few of them, but the majority are either too expensive or discontinued.

Models I looked at:
LG LST-4200A
Samsung DTB-H260F

Anyone have experience with other ClearQAM receivers?

I have an LG LST-3510A (HDTV Tuner / DVD combo). Works great, you just can't hide any sub-channels. You might be able to find one on craigslist / ebay for under $100. Right now mine is hooked up in the bedroom to my $75 19" SDTV :)

My cousin has the Samsung you mentioned and it works well, too.

You might also want to look at DVD Recorders (LG I know for sure) that have QAM tuners.
