Looking for an effective, quiet vid card cooler to fit 1900xt

i was planning on buying an Accelero X2 for my new 1900xt when i noticed i can't actually find it for sale anywhere. i even went to manufacturer's website and looked up where to buy and it didn't list anything anywhere in the world. so, does anyone have an alterantive cooler that would work well and stay decently quiet? water cooling isn't really an option right now. thanks
