Looking for an easy video creation program

windows movie maker should be able to do it fairly easily. It isnt the most intuitive interface, but it doesnt take a rocket scientist to figure it out. I confess I have never actually done this specific thing, but I have muted out the sound on a video and replaced it with an mp3 and added text overlays.
