The mobo I have has only one built-in port and it's the AT type keyboard plug. Other than that, it uses either an AT or ATX PSU and the slots are 1 AGP, 4 PCI and 2 ISA.
Since the motherboard can use an AT PSU, then use an AT case. Just make sure the two black wires are pluged in the motherboard so that they are side by side.
