Looking for an ATA adapter

I'm trying to find an adapter board/cable that will let me use a full-sized drive with a slimline ATA port (like on a laptop). There are tons of slimline-drive to full-sized IDE adapters floating around, but I want the other way around. Any idea if they're available?
