Two months left on my current lease in this hell hole of a place! Currently residing in the far NE and I hate this complex. The walls are superthin and I have some very rude and inconsiderate folks living up top. Now it's time for me and my lady to find another place. We need a two bedroom and we're looking to have it on the top floor. I would like another complex, but I wonder how the walls are. And, to save money we've been targeting duplexes since these owners usually want less money than landlords from apt complexes. My question is are the walls pretty thick in duplexes?
