I am doing some research for an antivirus solutions for work. My office has about 40 people, and a total of about 80 workstations (windows based). I'm looking for some antivirus shootout type articles on google, but at the same time, I'd like to see what other people use. What antivirus solution do you have deployed at your network/office/job? What were some other solutions that you considered, and why did you go with what you eventually chose? Thank you.

We had McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8 and switched to Symantec Anti-Virus Corporate Edition. IMHO, McAfee was a far superior product.

I like NOD32, It's got quite a small footprint, a great heuristics engine, and it's cheaper than norton or mcafee last time I checked.

I haven't tried other suites, but McAfee Active VirusScan (VS Enterprise 8.0i plus ePolicy Orchestrator and other doodads) is a good fit. I love the ability to concoct arbitrary rules. No, they may not execute files from their profile directory, no they may not write or execute new screensaver files in any way shape or form, etc etc.

PCs: mechBgon has spoken! So it shall be!!! :Q

We have fewer people in our office, but we've been really happy with TrendMicro. I like it so much that I purchased a 3fer for my home computers.
