Looking for an Android app/widget...

There are various note taking apps that have simple widgets that let you one tap and then start typing. I'm looking for something that works exactly the same, but it does drawing instead of typing. Does this exist? Can't seem to find it.

Those look a bit complicated.

Here's what I mean. There are various note taking apps, and they have widgets that show your note(s) on your home screen. I want this, but with hand writing/drawing not typing.

Edit: This one looks quite powerful (but of course it's up to you what to use it for) yet much cheaper than the above if you were to buy a non-ad version.
