Looking for alternative to SpeedFan...?

hey all,

i have a dell dimension 900 little desktop tower thing that i've converted into a router. that means it's always on, and the two fans inside are a bit noisy (i have a smallish apartment). i know this box isn't stressing it's CPU moving packets, so i wanted to tune the fans down a bit. I've used Speedfan on my main rig, and it worked great, but it doesn't seem to be picking up the two fans inside the dell.

any other choices i could look into?

thanks

Bump for ya, as I'm looking for one as well. SpeedFan causes conflicts with my mobo monitoring software, "Supero Doctor III" on my Supermicro mobo. And I need something for pulling data for the G5's LCD.

Bump, because I'm interested in this too. Speedfan appears unable to control the fan speeds on my mobo.

@ OP: It could be they are connected as two pins and not 3 pins (aka rpm monitoring).
