yes that has slow ass ddr2 memory. The one i linked has ddr3 at a much higher clock.
The 7600gt has a 128 bit memory bus and can't even use 512mb of v-ram.
Even at 20$ shipping its still cheaper and faster.

edit:with rebate it's 101.00$ shipped vs 106.00$ shipped. The one I linked is Much better then 5 bucks difference. Trust me go for it. I have a 7800gs which is a little faster then a 7600gt.
