k im getting my new computer next week, i have a hdd and all the other componenets needed, i just need a mobo/cpu/ram/video card/ps. ive been looking at related threads over the past while, and ive come to this setup:

the problem here is that im not too familiar with what mobo to pick. ive heard these two suggested the most. generally im new to overclocking, but id like to get a moderate oc (like 2.7-3ghz), btw im not too sure if the 6320 is a good ocer, i just gathered as such since all the c2ds ive seen have lots of headroom. ill be probably putting a tuniq tower on, so are i was also wondering if there would be problems mounting with said mobos. as for ram, i will most likely get the cruicial, unless i can get the firestix for like 40 bucks less (roughly, ill find out in the next couple of days), anyone have experience with either? ive heard the firestix oc well, but i havent heard much about the cruicial sticks
i was looking for some insight as this is my first actual build (my last one was custom but i was incredibly inexperienced back then)
does everything look alright in this setup?
ps, im buying from memoryexpress cause its local, saves me the hassle just incase anyhting is doa or dies.
