It's been a long time since I upgraded my camera (my current one still takes floppy disks!) and I'm looking for a little advice. I've read a few reviews including 996GT2's and really like the look of the Fuji F100fd. My question here is, are there any other cameras you guys like that you think I should consider along side this one?
Here's my position:
Budget is about $200-$300.
Looking for a user-friendly P&S (camera will likely be passed among multiple family members at events).
I take pictures both indoors and outdoors so low light capability and wide dynamic range are a plus.
A high zoom is a plus, but moderate zoom is acceptable.
Let me know if I should add any more details. I'm looking to make a decision in the next 12-24 hours because I'd like to go ahead and get this.
