looking for advice for raid 0 mb

like lots of people here im deciding what board to get, i am going with raid 0(currently using intel matrix raid i think)

i think im going with the xbx "bad axe" but i have noticed other boards have matrix raid with additional raid,,

P5WD2-E - matrix raid + Marvell 88SE6141 raid

dfi infinity 975x - unknown + JMB360


so o/c and everything else aside...comparing only the raid....

between the bad axe, p5b, p5w, ect i would really like some advice as it will affect my decison alot
