Looking for a windows tail command

lately I have a bunch of log files I need to see the last n lines out of. sometimes these files get to be 20mb or so and working with them gets a bit tedious.

I'm wondering if anyone has heard of some sort of tail command with shell integration(right-click to view last 30 lines). I've used tail4win, and it works, but it is a few more clicks to find the files than I would prefer.
