Looking for a video program that can create thumbnails

I'm looking for a program that can take a DVD or video and take snapshots at a specific points in the video. After all the snapshots are taken, I would like them to be displayed as thumbnails on the screen. Is there a program out there that can do this?

yes, Image Grabber v.2, dont know if it works with dvd's but deffinitly with most video files, u can also use VLC but this prog makes a nice colage.....I use it to take screenshots of my porn clips ::cough cough:: i mean nice movies like the titanic.
