Building an office/pc for a friends mom. She basically wants to be able to use Photoshop 7+ and Corel Paint IX, as well as watch DVDs and streaming media online.

Thinking about an ATI 9200SE, but I think 128mb would be effecient.

Any thoughts or recommendations? Price doesn't matter, but whatever can get the job done well and for the lowest price is what we're looking for.

Thanks in advance!

System Ram is more important for Photoshop than video ram. I really don't think there'll be any difference between a 64MB or 128MB video card in Photoshop. So if you can save money by getting a 64,go for it.

I'd just make sure to avoid any really cheap generic video cards like 3Dforce or Jaton. A Sapphire Radeon should be fine.
