Looking for a vid converter

I've looked and can't find a free solution, perhaps one of you know? I need something that can convert particularly divx videos, but the more formats the better, to .wmv

Free and dual-threaded would be nice as well.
OS is Vista 64

Well I dunno if this is what you're looking for but depending on the size of the video you want to convert, this works for smaller files like youtube videos or something and that is zamzar.com. It only converts up to a certain file size though but it works great. Otherwise if you wanna put them on like your ipod or something i hear videora is a great converter,

I'm looking for something to convert videos on my Zune. The Zune software won't convert divx.

Well Videora converts Divx and if you can convert it using that you should be able to transfer it to your zune, but then again you may need itunes for like a middle step between converting it and transferring it to the Zune software. I know you can take your songs off of itunes as long as you have the DRM free version so i would think if you can convert your videos onto it you can use the same process to get them on your Zune. But maybe not. Just throwing it out there.
