For 2.4b (533 cpu) the abit bh7 is a good choice for $92 at newegg. For the 2.4c (800 fsb), the msi 875p fir (reviewed at anandtech) looks pretty good. Corsair pc3200 should work fine in either board, but I know there are better choices now, depends on your budget.

I like o1die's choices, however I might recommend going for some nicer RAM. I know Corsair is extremely nice stuff, but why not get PC3500 or above. You may need it when overclocking the 800 MHz bus.

Go with the IC7 instead. It has dual DDR and is reportedly a great overclocker.

I'm going with teh Abit IC7 ($140 at newegg), a 2.4 C ($230 at googlegear). The 2.4 is a great overclocker, and so is the IC7. I went with Geil 3500. If you go with geil, get the Ultra Platinum, its about even with Kingston HyperX, maybe a little better, but less money.
