looking for a upgrade

asrock 939 duel sata2

1 gig corsair value, 2x512 pc3200

seagate 160 gig 7200 rpm 8mb cache

So what do i upgrade? i want gaming performance, mainly for BF2

my vid card is a 9800 pro, but i'm waiting untill the new x1xxx series gets a little cheaper then release to upgrade. And is 2 gig worth it now? i mean i never max it out, i think....

actually, you should wait till you upgrade your video card before worrying about RAM.

don't get me started with the 2x 1 gig, how many threads i have read proving that theory wrong.... but whatever, also i thought maybe a raptor?

well you did say mainly for BF2 so yest a gig of RAM is diffently worth it or you can get a stick of 512MB and you'll have 1.5GB RAM which also runs BF2 well but you well lose the whole dual channel thing...
