I am looking for a term to describe a process. If i have 10 people working in a department from 4am - 10pm. How can I describe it so that it isnt necessarily people hours but an industry standard(IT) term. Thanks for any help.

Used FTE's in my last proposal too. I am looking for a new spin on something old basically.

Utilizing human hourly potential based on a wage and skill dichotomy within an appropriate framework and suitable context.

Or, crushing rocks.
