Does anyone know of some benchmarks? I found this...

...but I'd like something a little more encompassing of the market.

Basically, all I care about is the quality of analog-to-digital capturing. I'd like 96KHz/24bit, but it's not absolutely necessary. What is necessary is a low signal-to-noise ratio and great frequency response on both ends of the spectrum. I also need balanced inputs--preferably something other than amateurish 1/8" jacks.

What I don't need is high-quality output. I would never use surround sound, even if I had it. Also keep in mind that most "24-bit" cards only support 24-bit D>A, when all I care about is A>D quality.

I'd consider going up to $150, but I'd like to keep it below $100, if possible. Any suggestions?
