My shuttle SN85G4 has been running extremely hot for a few years and its starting to take out some of my components with it. I need to get a new case and motherboard, but wanted to keep the majority of my other components. I have:

A64 3000 (754)
2 512 PC3200 DDR sticks
ATI 9600 Pro AIW AGP
1 SATA hd
1 PATA hd
1 DVD burner

It seemed that most of the matx motherboards listed on newegg with a s754 and an agp slot had issues from users either with instability, incompatibility with certain graphics cards, bad audio, etc. Is there a good matx motherboard for me, or should I just go for a normal atx motherboard?

Thanks

I sent an ecs k8m800-m2 with onboard video to my sister. It works fine, and has an agp slot. It's about $48 at various places like newegg and ewiz.
