Looking for a specific power supply

Anyone know where to buy this psIts a low profile so the ps hole in my case is not compatible with a standard atx ps. I tried to dremel it but this particular gateway case uses some tough steel that absolutely refuses to cut. Just want to be safe and have a backup ps before I hack my current one. Also would like to find out who manufactures these units, mines only rated at 200watt but it handles my current setup just fine and I even used a 52watt peltier with it at one point.
