Looking for a special kind of mouse

My boss and I often do powerpoint presentations using a projector connected to her Dell laptop. Because the projector is a bit messed up (the clicker it comes with doesn't advance ppt slides) we resort to using a mouse to advance the slides. However, our concern is that these are sales presentations and a mouse while functional doesn't look very professional. Does anyone know of a wireless mouse that looks more like a clicker (or just something really small--it only needs to have one button) that isn't too expensive? I immediately thought of the Logitech AIR thingy but that thing costs a bit too much for our liking. Thanks!

Hmm... interesting. Anything with Bluetooth (or at least w/o the need for direct line of sight)? And do you happen to know if a remote like that works w/ Powerpoint (it seems to talk about working with Hulu and movies)? Thanks for the help!
