Looking for a South Jersey LAN party Location

Ok, so a friend of mine wants to put on a LAN party and can't find a spot. Churches are all saying no and most meeting halls REQUIRE you to cater the event. Anyone have a suggestion or even better, an exact location, for a LAN party for 40-60 people? ANywhere in Burlington or Camden counties are fine, or even a little farther.
