Looking for a sort of extension cord...

I think I know what you're referring to, any hardware store should have them. Just an extension cord with two outlets on the end, right?

Probably more than $3.50 though, unless it's a really short one.

Shouldn't be more than 6-12" long, the point is to be able to plug those big transformer bricks into a power strip without taking up 2-3 outlets (yeah, I know there are some powerstrips with wider outlets). That's what the one I linked to initially does, the one I'd like adds another outlet at the same time. I know they exist, I've seen them before.

I haven't seen them that short. I had a few 6 ft ones at work last year.

ahhh, so the first outlet is basically a "pass through" type outlet and then a short extension cord outlet. My bad.
