Looking for a software to switch between running programs/windows

The best thing would be something like Apple's Expose but I know that's not possible. I get a little bit tired of the taskbar and I'm sure there's a better way to "organize" that.

Any help is appreciated 😀

down the bottom. you can customize it so it has something like the quicklauch tool bar or you can get rid of it also.
 
do you know a good source for Docklets? I'd like a Digital Clock and also something like an address bar, where I can enter something like C:\Data so that the directory comes up.
 
I somehow can't get SysStats really working, figuring that out at the moment 🙂


I think I'm staying with the normal taskbar. Anyone knows where I can set the auto-hide speed for the taskbar?
