Looking for a software that could automatically copy files to the USB

Hi all,
I use cloud service like onedrive, google, icloud alot.
but the bad part is it depends on internet. If i am on the train, plane i could not access it.
and the file i use is quite big too. so if i have to use my 4G data plan everytime, it will be very costly too.

SO what i want to find is a software that could automatically copy a certain files from certain folders when i plug in my USB device such as the portable drive or stick.

Teamviewer is another way controlling my office computer, HOWEVER i have video editing so i cannot edit or view using teamviewer.

So simply syncing 2 or more computers by USB.
I am using an Asus Zenbook 13 and Mircosoft Surface Pro 4 and iPad pro (i will use only teamviewer on this only)

Goodsync will do what you want. It's available for Windows and Mac, and also has an iOS app version. You set up a job that specifies the folder to copy from and the folder to copy to. There's an Auto option in the job configuration that runs the backup automatically when the two folders are connected. It recognizes removable drives and so does not depend on drive letters.
