Looking for a site that puts together my computer

I am looking to spend about $2500 not including monitor, mouse, kb

I realize it will be a bit more expensive but I would prefer for whatever site I am ordering from to put together my PC for me.

My main activities are gaming, browsing, photoshop, etc.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Dell, Alienware, Cyberpower, Velocity Micro. There are quite a few out there. I would suggest spending about $1500 and saving the rest for future upgrades.

Honestly, money isnt much of an issue for me and if you guys dont mind the exact build. Can someone recommend an i7 build from www.ibuypower.com anyone have experience w em? I have no idea what case to get etc.

Anandtech review of one system from ibuypower

From main Anandtech site, click on the "System" tab for reviews of various brands.

What are you looking for in a system? You want total custom gaming rig with lights/windows, or avoid that stuff? You need good support or would rather have good value? Want local support? There are some really good mom/pop computer shops (and some not-so-good, so beware). Looking for something unique? There are a few unique systems available. Unique means one that nobody else can just buy random parts from Newegg and build (usually means special case). Want super silent? Some places specialize in that, including using the Zalman TNN case.

Any particular reason you want a pre-assembled machine? For 2500 dollars, you could build yourself a PC vastly superior to any you'd get from Dell, HP, Ibuypower, etc. Dell doesn't build a bad machine, provided you have some technical skills and wipe the machine with a fresh install of Windows when you get it.

After you've settled on which prebuilt pc you are going to get, pm me the info and I should be able to build you the same thing for slightly less, while taking a cut for myself to make it worth my while. Lmk if your interested.

Digital Storm just got an editor's choice award from anandtech today.

Here's a sweet overclocked SLI (dual nVidia 285) config right at $2500 after discounts, not including monitor/accessories.

I saved a config you might like - click here for it.

Yes it's pricier than building the same rig yourself, but you asked for a good custom builder, and these guys will really take care of you: overclocking, secure shipping packaging, water cooled CPU, and a 3 year warranty. (which you will not get from most cheap builders).

It's $2492 (you get $125 off once it's in your cart).

Warranty? Being able to pick up the phone anytime (depending on company) and talk to a tech about issues?
