looking for a shooting screen saver

Not sure if it is a screen saver,
but i saw this game like 10 years ago when i was using Windows 3.1 or 3.11

Where u load this game, and at your desktop there will be a cowboy popup and then you use your cursor to shoot it.

Is this game still exist? even for Win7?
